To enter the workforce, you first need a work permit. Whether you are allowed to work depends on your residence status. Please contact the Ausländerbehörde (Immigration Office) for this.

You can get support in your job search from the Jobcenter. There you will also be informed about vocational preparation and training measures.

There are also various projects concerning the integration into the labor market at the Multicultural Forum. We also have a well-established network with other services and contact points, so that we can refer you to the measure that is right for you.
